yes very true .but i have a hyundia gearbox bellhousing bigger so need sonata The awd wheel is diameter 272mm (855mm÷3.14) And sonata is 283mm (890mm÷3.14). very confusion lol bought this car as project but is doing my head in :fuuuuu: if anybody could help me out with a gearbox to suit...

ok i have a vr4 flywheel and a n/a G61 flywheel both to small ? so your saying i need a gsr awd flywheel ? thanks i will contact evocpe

well no luck with sonata fly wheel so if i can get gsr gearbox would be good but hard to find one of them as well ????

Ok jack looks like your sonata flywheel mite fit 6 bolt how much you want and where abouts are you located Also rep points ????

Think I need bigger flywheel have v4 flywheel and na g61 flywheel they are the same size 270mm so am after bigger one any one know if 97 sonata one is bigger and what size they are ??? Thanks

ok think i have a jap spec import cb gsr so gearbox dont fit 4g61 or 63 the starter mount on the gearbox is all wrong so i will need to sort out getting another box i am running a VR4 motor am after a two wheel drive gearbox to suit any help would be good thanks

nah bought the blue one from gumtree at kurri kurri had number plates EVLGSR starters are all the same i done model check and vr4 g61 g63 all same starters so am going to try g61 flywheel can any one tell me how to check what gearbox i have checked numbers on google but not much luck KPOOAPW...

ok thank you all for your help i am going to grab a 4g61 engine as a backup EPA defect motor lol so will use flywheel from that and see where i go vr4 gearbox good idea where to find one ?? and what sort of dollars are they ?? am just looking at getting this on the road to start with then punch...

hi jack of all yes throws all the way out its not the depths its like the flywheel is to small in overall diam ? not sure on what gearbox i have its only front wheel drive ?
