Yes sorry, It was my mistake. Just spoke to vicroads. It applies to the driver of the vehicle as its on my licence. If the buyer wants the same exemption, they would need to apply before the purchase. I hope this clears everything up, and lets focus on finding a buyer now :D

I also have another gearbox with worn syncros, which ill throw in, if the buyer wants to replace them.

Well, took the fan out and cleaned the connectors and the fan is now turning on when hard wired. But it's not turning on when hooked up in the car.

ahaa, yeah thats what was exactly done. Except as i dropped the water, and put antifreeze in , it started weeping.

mysteriously the leak has stopped? Not one drop anymore? Radiator and overflow bottle is full. Only difference is, i topped up up the radiator with water. Maybe the concentrate antifreeze was too strong?
