My definition of stock, is an untouched bottom end, untouched head. Stock is pretty much never opening the engine up for any modification and only gaining performance from bolt on parts and management upgrades. In my opinion.

I think after 10 generations of Evolution, the only thing that hasn't evolved is that engine type. So bring it on Mitsubishi, I'm sure the next engine will be just as regarded as the 4G63

I run 45mm profiles on mine with a higher than normal load rating tyre because the RVR aint so light.

think he paid around the $500 mark. they are a very intellegent addition, able to be set to automatically adjust the valves state by RPM level.

You can buy an Apexi exhaust valve controller if your really worried about sound. I don't run any sound increased deadening in my exhaust, just a cat and muffler but my mate who owns a 705hp Supra had the apexi controller fitted to keep the cops at bay.
