Ok This has turned into a real shit fight over a small issue, Yes we have a warranty for a reason, we do not have to cover any performance car or modification done but we stand by what we do and always have, even before team 4g, if anyone has a problem with what we have done they can bring it...

Hey Rob, Sorry 4G93T has a 7cc dish and 4G93 NA is a flat top, and yes the turbo rods are the same as the NA items so now we all know why we break them !!!! & sorry don't have the part numbers only know from first hand experience :wink: Oh and also stock turbo piston has 4G9T cast into it and...

Yeah as Dan said above, A VR4 can run either TPS its just all about the wiring as I have chopped & changed between different units before and its easier to re-wire to a mitsu unit than a Ford or other brand unit running a stock ecu, Oh and if You don't have a pick a part just your local wrecker...

All checked, no blow by, no oil in the exhaust, honed correctly, no oil leaks, new head, new turbo, new pistons and rings, new block, new bearings etc etc, never said it was normal to consume oil, just asked to drive longer than 1000kms this time, looks like we may have to pull it down again and...

ok, now can you select reverse or does it try to go with the cover off ?? also see the roll pin in the selector fork, knock that out then try to select reverse, if it goes then problem with the syncro hub if not is further internal !! Daz

Well it's debatable !!! I have had problems with both !! but mainly 3rd gear is the weakest link in both boxes, most vr4s are upgraded to evo boxes for the gear ratio's & avail on parts to rebuild Daz

No won't work as CC Has engine mount on G/Box and VR4 Eng mount on the block but if you want to fit an Evo box to a VR4, then no worries Daz
