I did check for leaks recently when I installed the bigger intercooler, found 1 bolt on the BOV flange was lose and BOV was sus, so i put in a peice of coke can cut to fit that blocked the BOV off at the flange(tempory). Held boost a lot better, more consistant , no drop. Cheers for the advise...

Are the oil and water lines/fittings for the (Evo 3 16G turbo) the same as the (OZ vr4 14B's) fittings??

Thanks for the help guys, its hard to find Vr4 info, local turbo mechanic's don't no shit, there all skyline and rexie specalists though. I'l be lookin into a custom downpipe. The Evo 3 O2 housing does have a different angle, but heaps bigger internals 2.5inch opening to turbo and 2.2inch...

Standard A-spec Vr4 hard intercooler pipe's are 1.75 inches is that right, Evo 1-3 hard pipes are 2 inch is that right. Do they fit. If a BOV pipe was to be purchased for custom system, What type of blow off valve is on the Vr4 is it (RS/S) ?? what does that mean?

Does anyone know if those (1G Awd eclipse laser downpipe's) they sell dime a dozen on USA sites and e-bay will fit OK to a Vr4 with a Evo 3 O2 housing. Can anyone recommend a brand of downpipe or is a costly custom downpipe the only option., What about cat's (i heard 5L commodore cat works good)
