mate i think you need to read some medical journal and not gaining knowledge through 'muscle magazines'... spot reduction (localised fat loss) has been proven

just look at MrNatural Victoria....works out 3 times a day, eats fark all and sleeps 5 hours a nite...yet is massive...and cut.....freak.....

i would have been disapointed with anything over 90 min...i cracked 80 after the start time...cant wait for the results
 
ended up with 72min 36 seconds, which considering it was my first attempt, im pretty happy with...that and i only ran 10 training runs with only 3 over 4km :p

if i train properly next year, i wanna crack the hour
