4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

i dont mind it. the original was way worse than this when it first started.

charlie is a bit awkward but i dont mind the other 2

I didn't mind it the main guy is abit over the top. They need more wide angle shots when they are on the test track to see how the car behaves on the more trickier corners. And anyone see the eastlink footage before it opened?

Skuz

Overall I liked it.
Only complaint is that the presenter's personality's
seemed 'forced' if that makes any sense?
To me it was like they were trying too hard to be
Clarkson/Hammond/May clones which I what I had feared.

I'll watch again.

yeah they were trying fairly hard but i think they will relax in time.

the test track is a bit shit though i must say,or maybe its just the lack of good footage from there

just watched it...had it recorded on IQ

Wasnt that bad, i think they just need to settle in, i mean they do have big shoes to fill and given half the chance they migh make a show out of it

I am keen to watch the ford v holden battle...GO THE TYPHOON!

Its the first ep, dont judge it too much. I thought they did a great job, surprised at how tightly they stuck to the proven format. Great editing

Exactly.
Only one episode and it was more entertaining than all
previous Aussie car shows made.
Can't wait for the HSV vs FPV...come on 'Phoon!

On a side note: did anybody else see the weirdo dude
with the bright pink hair in the audience? (Was hard to miss).
When I saw it I thought "what the fark?" and burst into
laughter .lol

Overall I didn't like it. Although I reckon the older presenter will come out of his shell and work well with the show before long. The younger guy seems a bit too try hard for me.

What gets me is that we just don't have a large enough range of cars in Aus. Sure, they had a Lambo on there, but fat chance of them racing it around the track!

I think the level that they can drive the cars in Aus, compared to overseas is very different. We just don't have enough supercars over here. Take the Porsche for instance. He bagged it in the dirt lol. Clarkson would have had smoke pouring out of the thing!

There have been car shows before on channel 9 more entertaining than that... that first episode stank. Hopefully they'll improve. Just wasn't entertaining, nor did it properly show most cars they mentioned... basically it stank :)
