why do you want it venting to atmo anyway?
C'mon dude, you know the answer to that - the chicks dig the sound  Naa running aftermarket ECU and MAP, not the factory MAS and will have it plumback most of the time and venting just for fun and **** factor

i have the same GFB Stealth FX BOV... i have it on full atmo because i like the sound.... i only bought it so i could have plumb back incase i got dicked...
some people like the sound of a BOV, i can respect that

Barge... you were in the car with me when that silly goose nearly hit me  you were pretty hammered though so i dunno if u remember

Just remove the bov all together. Not having a BOV is not illegal and it'll make lots of flutter noise :p
flutter is gay

if you want flutter, go buy a VL.

VLs are E SIIIIIIIIIIIIIK. joe-ness loves them, especaily with the rego mounted off centre at the front 8) :p

if you do that does it stuff your turbo

Puts more stress on the bearings. Won't break it outright, but doesn't help the long term life.

if u got a broke bearing, u got a broke turbo....

the plumb back is the best way to go in all situations, no fine, keeps the turbo spooled, no damage to anything... & u can still hear it if u dont have ur filter in the can...

i honestly can't think of ANY reason why a atmo venting bov is in any way superior to a good quality plumbback

LOL! funniest thread ever!!!

Have you ever seen the look on on a pedestrians face after you just scared the bejeesus out of them when the atmo BOV vented on a drive by? (not around the elderly of course  ) I'm sure we all have had a chuckle or two at some stage

The look on thier face when your gate opens is better

Well when i had my evo or you can say Tuffrices evo now, i had the avo plumback bov fully legal and still made the pschhh sound and i also had the flutter at low revs.

but my next bov will be a Greddy Type S.

so if anyones got one for sale or know of anyone please let me know =)

Race applications. When you run 30+ psi boost a plumbback can't handle it so they go full vent. Ask the JGTC. That's the ONLY time an atmo will out perform a plumbback.

I'm slowly getting into the whole flutter noise. Not sure if i'll run sans BOV tho.
