On an Evo cluster...there is a screw on the back of the cluster which you remove...gets rid of speed limiter.
Dunno if Proton have this too but?
 
Only running 8psi basically it was like I was boosting and all of a sudden it hit a limit stopped accelerating but once back on the throttle it was fine at 170 again

Did you say you're getting 23psi oil pressure on cold start? Or was that on warm idle?
 
At 100kmh its around 55psi on 3000rpm but maximum is at 85 i think can't remember what are you getting vin ps I'm running 8psi waste gate pressure for now but have a dual stage boost controll System on the way :D
 
Getting about 42psi cold start and about 25psi when warmed up. I only run a gauge in the engine bay to check oil pressure on startup. Mines not a daily so I just check I'm getting pressure, and close the bonnet and take off.
Will have to move the gauge into the interior one day.
Will be interesting to see how much boost this thing will take...!
 
I think some of us doubted you a little too much..... Nice work buddy!
The "boost cut" varies a lot dependent on individual circumstances. Its not the boost the ecu pulls the plug on rather it is the amount of air being seen by the ECU. I would imagine that with enlarged piping you may see the cut at a lower psi than expected perhaps.
BTW, a stock Aurion will do mid 14's on the 1/4 mile.....
 
I'm glad to be different hey some one must try something out first I mean who thought of pulling a teet on a cow and getting milk from it and turning it into cheese for the first time ever haha

I have a dual stage electronic boost controler on the way atm I'm just running waste gate pressure apparently it's a 7 psi spring fuel pressure I have on about 44psi I'm running bp98 it seems to run better than it ever did natural aspirated mod plate is getting done next week How much did you guys pay for the mod plate roughly
