It is definatly a genuine EVO3 ?

Now that i can import an evo7 for under 30k im considering that.
But dam i love the 3s.
other option is an GSR that has had BIG $ spent on it.

Its almost exactly what i want tho. White evo3,
will call him and have a look this week i think.

I was all set to get myself an EVO3 untill this.
Im not sure what this is going to do for the future marketvalue of 3s here.
it has stoped me in my tracks now, damit. and i need a car too.

Well.

It can go 2 ways.

Make EVO III and GSR's even cheaper ie Standard GSR will now be $8k and EVO 1/2 around $12 and evo 3 around $15k

OR

Will make the rarer cars more expensive. so prices will stay the same because you can readily get an evo 7, but you are hard pressed to find a EVO 3.

I would still go an EVO 3.. Though EVO 7 is nice and new. hrmmm..

Yeah thats what im thinking
the other thought was if the EVO 1/2/3s are aloud to be imported oneday.. some kind of 15 yr rule thing. not sure what they will do with it.

but if so in 4 yrs time evo1/2/3 will go for under 10k, BUT that said there are still not that many of them.

15year rule has changed. At the moment it only pre 90 model cars fall in the 15year rule. I dont think they are going to keep it moving up.. They will probably change it.

Cant remember now. I think its just pre 90 regardless of how many years pass..

yeah i will admit i need to look into what the latest with this 15yr/pre 90 rule think is.

But i did read they are and do plan to moove it up each year. they decided pre (year) was better than 15yr rule.

BUT yeah things can change eather way so who knows.

The rule is currently Cars built prior to Jan 1 1989. IE: 1988 and previous cars come in under grey import laws.

The 15 year rule is gone. it's Pre-jan 1 1989 now.

There are whispers of making private imports illegal period. IE: The only way to get a jap import would be through an LMCT or locally.
