Hi guys, I'm currently rebuilding a tough VR4 engine for a friend's GSR and in order to finish it off for him we need to sell his existing stock EVO II engine to help out with $$. Therefore the EVO II motor is up for EOI.

I took the motor out a few weeks ago so can vouch that the only reason the EVO II engine came out of the GSR is because we are concurrently building a VR4 engine to take its place. Engine was running 100% fine and without problems when it was removed about 3 weeks ago. It has always been maintained regularly and would be lucky to even have 120,000kms on it.

Engine comes complete with flywheel, coil packs, leads, plugs, intake and exhaust manifold, throttle body, sensors, fuel rail (not injectors though). Also included is a 630hp SCM61 PTE Precision Turbo 360 degree thrust bearing turbo. Located in Newcastle. Looking for offers around $1500 for both which is a good deal considering its a good engine and the turbo that comes with it. Will sell separately if can get a buyer for both items.

Sorry to but in but the SCM61 arent rolller bearing.. they are a 360degree thrust.

Yeah sorry Jon, you're right. I had a brain lapse because when the engine shut off the turbo would still spin for a while like roller/BB turbo :twisted: Oh, and found out it doesnt come with injectors as they have already been sold. I'll update above.

Hi guys, yep will separate turbo and engine as I've gotten some PM's about just the turbo only and just the engine only. FYI, the turbo was purchased brand new from Precision around June/July last year and due to the car rarely getting driven it is in excellent condition

Well if you can sell the whole motor go for it, then again if you have a spare 7-bolt block complete with crank lying around i'll be more than happy to take it
