Hold the panic buttons guys..... My Mt Gambier guys reckon its all still happening and their mate in Ballarat is still picking it up... Its just that we didnt have that much notice and we all have day jobs during the week...

Re scrap prices- you had better let me know who the yard is buying at that price. I have ABN's and know guys here in Adelaide and I would be struggling to get $350 for 1200kg ! I would get my mate to load up a semi and drive over with 30 tonne of scrap at that price. Well done if you can get that price Lorry !

Still, the price Lorry wants still gives us pretty good value.

I'm fairly sure the guy who owns ACE here wanted it for one of his kids hence was offering me better than usual price. He wanted the car as complete as possible, but it's irrelevant now as the vehicle is sold to some rally boys from SA. Good luck to them and hope they enjoy the extra spares.
