How much should I be paying for a heavy duty clutch (single plate organic) to suit evo1-3?

So far the best place I've found offered an Exeedy item for $450 odd. And an OEM replacement for $280odd.

Anyone know where I can get one for a better deal than that?

Cheers,
Alex

What sort of clutch kit is it? The last single plate clutch kit I bought (4 puck ceremtallic with a sprung hub) set me back about $600 four years ago.

Is that just for the disc, or for the full kit?

that price is about the lowest you'll pay for a kit, unless you steal one.

if it's disc only your getting raped.

Clutches are a very inportant thing

I bought a XTS clutch rated at 2600lbs from US for $300, but only lasted me 3 months, if i were you i would just spend money on a decent clutch right away

I bought a Exedy Heavy duty Cushion Button, i think it cost me $450 mates rates, and its been doin the job so far

I think I have it sorted now though :)

Thats cheap mate for the kit!

I had a guy who did mates rates (he worked there)
Best he could do was in the 600's!!.. up to 800 for the better stuff..

if you know the right people you can get the exedy heavy duty cusion button for below 500. but most will still pay above 600 for them, well worth a 650 price tag if you ask me, they are a great clutch.
as far as the heavy duty organic goes, from memory the retail was around the 495 mark.

So far im loving my clutchnet clutch combo from the ol US of A. (done about 3000kms so far)
I couldnt be more happy with the quality of the kit and how it drives.

Your looking around 300-320 US depending on the combo. Then you got postage and the exchange rate to take into consideration. (dam exchange rate)

I ordered through jesse from revolution motorsports. Good to deal with.

One of the other boys on here is running the 6puck and 2500lb plate combo.
I thought id try the 2500 lb plate and kevlar disk. For something differnt and suited my goals.

If you want anymore input ask away, i wont rant on too much now....
