Hi,
What cc lancers had manual racks or what fits to delete the power steering?

Also, what radiator will fit inside the metal frame of the radiator support?
Or will a gt35r fit on a 6bolt in a cc lancer without fans.

The ute radiator is shagged, so I have to buy another anyway, the 4" dump on the turbo is predicted to require a alternator relocated, so no aircon, hence the radiator can go in the spot of the aircon if required.
Cheers

4" dump that's massive! Is that the size your making or its already come with the turbo? Lobster back your dump

It's already made and fits the block and ceramic coated and all.
I haven't dummied it up yet or anything, just chasing what others have done.
I could redo it in 3.5" if required and lobsterback it. I think a vband would need less room than a 4 bolt setup too.

Yeah your right I'm running 3.5" dump with vband and lobster back and I have no issues with room

Although, if you use the formulae by Mr Visard the results are that a 4" pipe will be restrictive above 650hp and flows 1445cfm, 3.5"@500hp, and 3"@370hp.

Hang on, I don't really want to start discussing exhaust flow. Maybe 4" is too big,
Look here:
http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-engine-turbo-drivetrain/313811-quest-more-power-3-exhaust-vs-3-5-exhaust.html
They got 650 on 3" and similar on 3.5". Which is what a lot of you are going to say I'm sure. Maybe bizarre figures are for na engines, I don't know.

imo if your going over about 330kw@wheels a 3" is loosing you some power, it will still make more but with a 3.5 or 4" you
will get "free" power

I'm going to run a 3.5" system on mine.......any one know where to get thin wall 3.5" stainless? 1 or 1.2mm wall thickness?

Is this any good?

I guess you are wanting to delete the power steering for extra engine bay room. If there is room under the dash/column you can mount an electric power steering.

An MR2 radiator fits under/inside the radiator support...two of my mates have done this to their cars but had to do some modification to the water pipes to make it work.

Kinda on topic. I'm making a 3" dump and worried it'll hit the oil filter. Should it be alright or do I just relocate the filter

Which filter are u using. I have the longer filter, but there is a shorter one that fits on aswel?

Ok, cheers. I see the outlets are different as you say. Somewhere to start anyway.

Btw, my 3" dump is so close it scratches a thread line on the side of the filter as it goes on. That's another reason I haven't wound boost up as I don't want to cook a hole in the filter
