4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

I got a chance to dyno my Summit last Friday. I got there with 390hp and eventually got up to 420hp. Both numbers are decent, but it can do BETTER!

I am still loosing fuel pressure above 7k rpm! My next step is to get Aeromotive 340 pump. And see what happens…

Thanks, Deepsouth!

I finally installed the Momo seat:

I kept the original sliders so it made heavy (about the same weight as the factory seat). But I am doing this for handling racing, as stock seat has ZERO lateral support!

Well, I CAN drive it around like this, but it is certainly not ideal (for several reasons) ;).

The plan is to install this seat for handling races only (autox and oval track), the rest of the time (daily driving and drag racing) I will keep the stock seat. As you know, it is only held on with two bolts and two nuts :)

this is one insane suv man great work!
perhaps sorry to change topic in here, leon what gearbox are u running?

I am using a stock gearbox that I got from a parts car with 175k miles. The condition of the gearbox suggested that it wasn't original. I have upgraded center diff to Shep Racing 4 spider gear type and I am using DSM viscous coupling (about 50% thicker than the original).

I am using ACT 2600 clutch with street disc and ACT flywheel.

Thanks, guys! Racing this van has been pretty incretable experience!

Remember, we do not get a turbo version, so being any kind of fast is totally out of the realm of that Americans are used to seeing ;)

And it is more than "pretty fast", it is destroying some of their favorite v8 cars!
