My friend took his RVR to dyno today.
Car is Manual HSG RVR. Stock exhaust, wallbro pump, 560cc injectors, pod filter and we wrote a custom chip for it. Running 18psi of boost it made 146kw.

Yes, get 3" exhaust.
Mine did 155Kw on purely 3" exhaust mod. That was with stock injectors, filter, ecu, td04.

That's what i keep telling him. He should get one soon.

You could still run the large oval strait through mufflers halfway down the system, that way not restriction and a deeper note. Along with whatever you choose in the rear.
Or some resonators along the way as well.

all that's on my wagon is a magnaflow 3" oval.
98db@3000rpm.
meanwhile, my 4g63 is a sohc, they are slightly more larey IMO.

What the hell? You guys don't have noise limits? We have to be under 89dB (which I don't think even my 3" is with no cat, one reso, one muffler...)

should get piles more power out of this setup with an exhuast. i run a evo engine with HSG turbo setup on it. k and n pod filter, standard intake evo cooler and pipe work, full 3 inch exhuast with two big oval muffs very quiet. i run it off a 4g61t ecu with a emanage to alter the maf signal only and i made 190kw at all four on 18psi.

yes we do but thats why i have a muffler and pea shooter pipe for the epa test

So judging on what you guys have said, my HSG with 3" exhaust inc. metalcat and pod filter 'should' be around the 150-155awkw mark?
Feels dam quick on the road for those mods alon, and it's a very healthy motor (75000km)....so i shouldn't be supprised with those kind of numbers??

Oh, and mine is f'ing loud!! Dam rear cannon :p

Is that late or early model G tech? What weight you set for the car?

hahahaha, it was actually "dynolicious" on the iphone with a proper window mount. same principal as a G-Tech.

you could almost argue that the iphone has a better more refined G-Sensor.

i have done a few cars with it now and it is fairly accurate if you do the tests correctly.

ran a 15.5 btw
