[Vic] T4G Cruise to Marysville, Dec 4th!

how fars this cruise? I forgot that the next day will be my second last exam, and i have to finish my 10 watt amplifier :| I'll be pushing to make it i think.

.... the vr4 just had it's left front caliper seize. New brakes go on the -5th- (cruise on the 4th). No longer looking good for me. :/

As usual Im going to offer the passenger seat in my car up to someone... So how is interested.... GSRSOL? You need a ride or will you have your licence back by then?? My car is leaking oil out of one of the oil lines that feed into the turbo, so my VR4 is restricted to work and back duties only...... Im cut, and im not happy! I'll see if I can do something about before the weekend but it dont look good.

I unseized my caliper using a cross of force and some solvents. It works well enough to drive the car.

New stuff goes on on the 5th.

Ride with someone else!

takes like 2 hours to do the swap

probably quicker if your rotors aren't rusted on :lol: :lol:

Letting my mechanic do it.

I dont' know anything about aligning ABS sensors or any other such crap... nor about changing brake lines/etc.

That way if he screws it up, I can yell at him, rather than punching the wall/etc.

I'll have heaps of cooking equipment for the bbq, bunches of plates and throwaway cups. Might have some drinks too.

One of my mates is a chef, so he'll probably cook the bbq. Depends how he's feeling, (His nan was buried today).
