What power should I be getting?

Help Support 4GTuner:

all I want is 200kw atw. and a mid 12 second pass (just for the wank factor :p)

but having 200kw in an awd is something i've always wanted. I wont be taking my car to apc for tuning, anyone know of a good place in brisbane for awd tuning?

No offence but the dyno runs ive seen in NZ seem to be exagerrated.. ive seen sheets of evo 1s making 250kw and running 11.5 @ 115mph..

my evo with 16g made 219kw and went 12.09 @ 118.96mph on pump fuel..

fish: stick with the 16g.. itll easily push u into the 12s.

although, maybe the dyno's in aus read abit low? :p

at the end of the day, it's just a number, as long as it's faster afterwards its fine :lol:

Small 16G

I thought that too, but my Evo1 turbo (part no on comp cover is for e1) turned out to have a big16G 68mm compressor :D

I've actually never seen a small 16g :shock: every evo2 turbo i've seen opened up has a big16 - i'm not really sure what mitsi was up to :lol:
 
i can put you onto a good tuner but it depends on what your budget is??
just curious but how much did apc charge per hour??
 
hmmm, I think I'm gonna have to find a new 16g. My engine now has 150 000 k's on it. its still running fantastic (was 100% when tested, engine basically idled the first 140k's of its life hah). Being the evo I I'm expecting it to be a small 16g. When I find a big 16G I'll whack that on and see how it goes. I've got a feeling its starting to die (the turbo)...
 
I have a TD05-14G That's in working condition, cracked rear housing but still holds boost solidly if you want it. Name a price and its yours if you come pick it up :)
