to see if it is a crack in the firewall, look where your clutch fluid resevoir is bolted to the firewall, around where that is it will more than likely have a crack or flex when the clutch pedal is being pushed. If this is the case i have a cad drawing of dimensions for a bracket to be made up to strengthen it. Also i would advise replacing the pedal box if the firewall is broken, as the crack in mine caused excess strain on the pedal box as it was being pushed in on an angle and cracked it aswell.

Could i get a copy of that braket design, when my firewall cracket i just dodgied up a bracket to hold it in place and yeah the pedal box broke, I just weldid it up stronger. but a better design would be helpful.

i took my gsr to techsport today and they said its definitly the clutch fork and ball....... :cry: but its gettin fixd on monday :lol: anyways......johnno that bracket design would be good man.....ill strengthen my fire wall b4 anything does happen......thanx guys

i am having the same problem with my e3 at the moment
makes me look like i cant drive for shit.
 
yep happens..

still.. get your pedal box and firewall welded/ strengthened.. Ive had both and no probs since, on my second button

there's also plates around to weld up to your 'wall
