I would imagine they would of allready read this thread, or been told of it.

Like you say the internet is a powerful thing.

But I'm sure they know of this problem with the gear. AEM being the name that it is should come to the party.

And with pictures like mine and the other we cannot be an isolated incedent there must be something a miss somewhere?

All I want is to be reembursed for my losses, I'm not out to damage their rep.

Wow... didnt catch this thread when it was new and I can honestly say I've never seen that happen before. There's definitely a problem with the product as you have evidence showing 2 incidents where cracks have happened and in one case resulting in complete breakage causing engine failure. Things like that need to be brought to the manufacturers attention for quality assurance purposes. AEM have a global reputation to withhold but sadly they cant recall the products due to the repercussions in compensation claims involved in doing so (plus they wouldnt know who has them installed). Items like this and other engine components would be sold with warranty against any manufacturing defects for the unused item only, but warranty flies out the window as soon as the product has been used :roll:
