are you talking about the black long piece of plastic which runs along both side of the roof?? if that is what you mean then they are snap into place ... there are clips that hold down the thing ... best is to start from one end and undo one clip at a time until the whole thing come off. hope...

Same here, i think its a 7bolts unless your evo have some wierd motor in it. The best way to make sure is to check your fly wheel when you change the clutch (if its going to run out soon) ... good luck with it
