Hey guys,
I was always wondering when I had my old GGSR whether it could easily be converted to AWD or not but after plenty of searching, there wasn't much information on it.
I've sold that car long ago but now another one has popped up and I'm thinking of tackling this again.
I remember with my old GGSR, it had a lump in the floorpan where the middle rear passenger feet go.
I assumed that was provision for a tailshaft and that perhaps they simply shared the same shell as a ZR4? In which case I'd assume there wouldn't much much involved in the conversion?
I've a spare A-Spec VR4 shell from which I can rip the driveline from, but does anyone have a definitive answer to this question?
If cutting out and replacing floorpans or anything similarly difficult is required, I'll forget it, but if it just a matter of removing stuff from the VR4 and bolting into the GGSR (with the exception of maybe a custom tailshaft? or other small manageable things) I'd love to do it.
Thanks!
