ok. aparantly im clutch fork may be hitting the bell housing which is causing me to have do clutch. i been told to put a washer under the pivot ball which can be done tru an inspection plate.

does anyone know how this is done as i have no clue wat so eva?

you would be better of fixing it properly and at least getting a new clutch fork.

puting a wsher under the pivot ball only masks the real issue of the pivot/fork being worn.

the pivot ball may also be worn/faulty, i replaced mine with a new one

Good advice.. Unless you are a mechanic or know exactly what you are doing, the best advice would be to take it to a reputable mechanic / workshop and get them to fix it properly for you. Do it once, do it right and you will be happy (in theory anyway).

I recently did the clutch in my VR4 and while the box was out, we replaced the Fork and pivot ball at the same time for peace of mind and knowing everything in that area of the car has been adressed! 8)

Good Luck.
