do slotted rotors make much difference

4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

Yes you can get four pots, either from GTO's or brembo's from an evo, neither will bolt on though.
Pretty sure 276mm discs are the biggest 4-stud option.

I have GTO 300mm on the front of mine but along with bigger size you would have to make sure your current wheels can still clear the new caliper.

^^ with the gto brakes do ya need a bracket for calipers to fit the original hubs? thought about doing it 1 day

did you get a custom brackets made up to fit the gto calipers or did you buy a pair from somewhere?

came on the car already from Japan..i was told they were Evo 4 (see first page in my thread) however i measured them when i had the wheel off and they are 300mm and from what i've been informed GTO are the only 300mm discs..no brackets the discs have been redrilled to suit 4 stud.
thinking of upgrading to slotted rotors at some stage, might make a jig if anyone wants to do the conversion i'll have the jig for the 4 stud setup :)
