Evo1-3/gsr fog lamp relay????

Guys where is the front fog lamp relay located for the gsr/evo1-3? i have searched but couldnt get any info, my fogs were working with the OEM plug on the harness but recently it just stopped, i checked the bulbs and connections and everything seems legit, i checked for power on the plug end but nothing, the park lights come on when i hit the fog switch but the fog doesnt (all bulbs working tested individually)

if you can lend any assistance what to look for will be appreciated

Relay is in relay box under hood. Next to air filter.

^^ however do you have a schematic diagram or a english fuse fox cover pic? my car is jdm with the japannese writing ... as far as i can tell there are three relays i dunno which one is which

thanks you ^ he diagram didnt specify "fog lamp" ... i will look into it
