Hey Guys,

Im trying to brain storm some things that id love to see on a 4G motor.. The company i work for PFI have inhouse engineering equipment, so we can just about make whatever you like out of billet. Is there something that people want made? Any requests? Just after some market research/feedback on how the 4G community is.

We can make our own inhouse flywheels too.. if people are interested in that.. if i can get about 5 people interested im sure we can go ahead with this project!

I got one idea > You know the bulky thermostat housing at the back of a vr4 engine, well it looks bulky and messy, the whole unit that bolts onto the head.

How about something plain and simple and with only one senser tapped in it.

You need the sensors :?

yer i was thinking 1G/2G crank pulley's as they seem to break alot.. and having them made out of billet would make them much lighter items too.

If so, i'll take one.

* Complete Pulley sets - Crank, Water pump, alternator, aircon, p/steer
* Alloy Spark Plug Cover (Copy the Injen one, its a nice piece of gear)
* Intake Manifolds - obviously would require a fair bit of RnD so possibly not the best option
* AN adapters(Have spoken to you before bout these, let us know what is available, as im sure alot of people would be interested in swivel adapters of different sizes).
* blow off valves, preferrably plum back
* Caps for power steering, radiator, brake/clutch fluid.

sheet metal intake manifolds that can be bought for an affordable price over here... there's a lot in the USA but after shipping, they get pretty pricey.

* Jon, can you do the twin pump in-tank cradle setup to suit stock tanks (not in a 5 litre fuel cell). The whole point would be to do away with the extra weight, clutter and smell of external add-ons so all that is required is to upgrade to larger -8AN or -10AN diameter tubing from the Y-block to the firewall :wink:

* Yeah pulley sets will be good as well but NOT for the crank - you really want to keep the harmonic balancing effect of the stock unit or one of those Fluidyne units to soak up the vibration.

* Not sure if you can do it but perhaps a better flowing oil pump for 4G63's?

Bah 4G63's (especially with the Balance Shafts removed) generally suffer from too much oil pressure
