give the ngk bpr7es a shot..they are .8 out of the box i believe
no need to regap..

They are what im running, runs well

What boost are you running on them?
What about the OEM Plug "BPR7EKN" would they be ok for hight boost being a "7"
Whats the diff between BPR7EKN and BPR7ES?

Heat range VS Boost

Would I need to go to a "8" Heat range on my car? (Being my car runs a 7 heat range standard) seeing I'm running high boost.
As Quoted from NGK site:

"With modified engines (those engines that have increased their compression) more heat is a by-product of the added power that normally comes with increased compression. In short, select one heat range colder for every 75-100 hp you add, or when you significantly raise compression. Also remember to retard the timing a little and to increase fuel enrichment and octane. These tips are critical when adding forced induction (turbos, superchargers or nitrous kits), and failure to address ALL of these areas will virtually guarantee engine damage."
Any thoughts?? :?

BPR7ES come 1.1mm out of the box. Regap them to 0.8, 0.7 for 16+psi applications.

Running 8 range plugs will make it a pig down low but remove your upper miss. Might be a bastard to cold start too.

Try BPR7ES regapped to 0.7/0.75mm and see how you go.

+1 to troy,

do not get any -11 unless you have some sort of CDI... which recommends something like 1.5mm

Round 2 !!!!

ok Back again for round 2!!!! "Ding, Ding"

When I was driving today (under power at 4000rpm in 2nd) I lost spark AGAIN!!! same as before with it miss-fireing under boost/load.
But could drive the car off boost fine.
So I took out the plug to reval something.
My plug gap from 1 of my plugs had closed up to at almost touching the electrode only being .2 off.
What would cause that???
The car has PLENTY of fuel now I'm running 2 pumps and it wasn't pinging at the time. (And never has)
I didn't even get to hit full boost when it happend.
I got a new set of plugs and is running swet again.
But it's got me thinking why it happend..... :?
