nope it wont, different flanges

i would have thought it should fit.. you've got a TD05-14b that would make it the same flange as the 16g,

just get it modified to suit...
a bit of playing around, but u should be able to get it to clear...
a 2 peice would have been easier...
now whenever you want to remove your xfer case or sump etc, you have to unbolt the thing from the turbo which is a real pain !!

Honestly is it worth buying considering the amount of work it needs to be fitted?
Would it be worth trying to modify it?
It is a very good price compared to what I've been offered so far.
Any other info you can give me/us would be brillaint.

you can get full fujitsobu turbo back exhausts for CE9A ....

not sure how much theyd be inc. shipping. The front pipe is about 380 AUD, and the cat back is around 650
